I make Ribena Cheesecake again after i made one for my gal birthday on last month as posted earlier in Ribena Cheesecake. This time i made for my colleague's birthday which i had promised her earlier. This time i added the Ribena jelly for topping which she had requested to put more ribena. I decorated with blueberry on the ribena topping. The jelly really delicious when eat together with blueberry and the cheesecake. My colleagues all said yummy.
Wah.... I want some too, the blueberry topping is so generous :)
