Ribena Cheesecake AGAIN

I think I'm crazy of Ribena Cheesecake lately. I made this cheesecake again and again. This time i treated part of the cheesecake to my girlfriends and part of it kept at home as a dessert or supper. Sorry for the unpresentable cheesecake as i prepared it at night and no time to do the jelly on top, this time i just dumped the blueberry on top of the cheesecake. But it was really yummy to serve together with blueberry.

I make Ribena Cheesecake again after i made one for my gal birthday on last month as posted earlier in  Ribena Cheesecake. This time i made for my colleague's birthday which i had promised her earlier. This time i added the Ribena jelly for topping which she had requested to put more ribena. I decorated with blueberry on the ribena topping. The jelly really delicious when eat together with blueberry and the cheesecake. My colleagues all said yummy.

This year is my first time to made a cheesecake for my daugh's birthday. I have been browsed through the blogger's website to source the cheesecake recipe. Finally, i found this simple and nice no bake Ribena cheesecake from Happyhomebaking's blog. I'm not a cheesecake lover and i found this recipe not so cheesy taste as i think that maybe due to the combination of cheese and yogurt. Love it.

I used the wrong size of the round pan. The original pan was 18-20cm but i used 9'in cake pan therefore the cake came out thinner than the original recipe. :oP
